BOSTON TOWNSHIP - A man is in critical condition after hitting a deer with his motorcycle Tuesday evening in Boston Township.
The driver of the motorcycle, Duane C. MacDonald, 72, of Lowell, sustained serious injuries and was transported to Spectrum Health System’s Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids by Life EMS.
Authorities said MacDonald was wearing a helmet. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the accident.
